Quick Guide: How to Create Your Luffa Service Account

1. Access the Luffa Developer Zone

   • Visit the Luffa Service Account page: https://www.luffa.im/developer/service

   • Scan the QR code using the Luffa app to begin the process instantly.

2. Create Your Account

• Fill out the required information (e.g., account name, account avatar, introduction and language) to set up your new service account.

3. Configure Key Features

Once your account is created, customize its features to deliver a seamless experience. Navigate to the account dashboard to access these options.

3.1 Link Luffa Ecosystem Products

Connect your service account to other Luffa tools for integrated functionality.

• Go to Home → Link Luffa Ecosystem Products → Go Bind.

• Select and connect your Luffa Group, Chat, Channel, Superbox, or Bot.

This enables users to interact across platforms without friction.

3.2 Set Up Keyword Reply System

Automate responses to user messages based on keywords.

• Navigate to the Interact page.

• Choose a matching type:

• Full Match: Triggers only on exact keyword matches.

• Partial Match: Triggers if the keyword appears anywhere in the message.

• Customize your responses and save.

3.3 Enable Followed Reply

Send an automated welcome message to new subscribers.

• Switch to the Followed Reply tab.

• Add your custom welcome message (e.g., "Thanks for subscribing! Here's how to get started.").

• Save the settings to activate it immediately.

3.4 Customize Menu

Build intuitive navigation menus for quick access to content or links.

• Go to the Customize Menu page.

• Design your menu structure with main menus and sub-menus

• Save and publish

3.5 Set Up Broadcast Messaging

Reach all subscribers with mass notifications.

• From the Home page, enter the Group Messaging section.

• Compose your message.

• Send it—subscribers will receive it instantly in their chat list.

4. Follow Your New Service Account

To subscribe:

• Open the Luffa app.

• Pull down on the chat page to refresh.

• Click the search icon and enter your service account name.

• Select it and click Subscribe.
