What Are Network Fees?
When transferring funds or performing any on-chain operations using a wallet, the corresponding cryptocurrency of the network is required as a network fee. The network fee is collected by the miners of the corresponding network (not by the platform). A sufficient network miner fee must be reserved in the wallet address for the transaction or on-chain operation; if the fee is insufficient, the transaction will fail and cannot be refunded.
If you do not have enough network fees in your wallet to complete the transaction, you can use the following methods to top up the fees:
If you have the relevant cryptocurrency assets on the platform, you can directly withdraw them to your Luffa Web3 Wallet.
If you have the relevant cryptocurrency assets in another wallet, you can send them to your Luffa Web3 Wallet.
Friendly Reminder: If you have funds in your wallet, but the "network fee insufficient" message appears during withdrawal, it may be because the withdrawal currency is different from the cryptocurrency needed to pay the network fee, or your wallet has insufficient funds to cover the network fee.
